UNLOCK THE BEACH. Go to the park with a female dog (FULL GROWN),if there is a male dog there with a blue and white striped bathing suit, make them have a puppy.
Then when you start to go home, you have unlocked it!

DO THE SAME WITH THE SNOW MOUNTAIN. But the other dog has to be wearing a snowsuit. Plus, if the other dog isn't grown up, you CAN grow it up too.
