1/4 cups of apple juice 1
cup of lavender flowers (unsprayed) 3
1/2 cups of sugar STEPS

POUR THE APPLE JUICE AND LAVENDER FLOWERS INTO THE SAUCEPAN. 2
BRING THE LIQUID TO BOILING POINT. Cover and remove from the heat. Leave the mixture to cool. 3
STRAIN THE MIXTURE AND POUR THE INFUSED LIQUID INTO THE SAUCEPAN. 4
ADD THE SUGAR AND STIR OVER A LOW HEAT, GRADUALLY RAISING TO BOILING POINT. 5
REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND POUR INTO THE STERILIZED JARS. It should look and have the texture of honey. Seal and store in the fridge. THINGS YOU\'LL NEED
