STEPS

SEARCH FOR A DRAFTED REVIEW ON THE YELP FOR IPHONE APP. This will help you "gather your belongings" to get you to the right business and be on your way.

TYPE YOUR ED TEXT IN THE "DRAFT A REVIEW"/"DRAFT A REVIEW UPDATE" BOX.

TAP THE "SAVE" RED BUTTON AT THE TOP-RIGHT OF THE SCREEN. This will not post the review to Yelp nor Facebook, but it will update this Draft, so you may post it, when you enter the PC-version of the Yelp site.

PUBLISH THE DRAFT AS A FULL REVIEW NOW(TOP RIGHT CORNER BUTTON), OR TAP THE CANCEL BUTTON FROM THE TOP LEFT CORNER, AND FROM THE DIALOG BOX, TAP THE "SAVE DRAFT" BUTTON.
TIPS
You may also find the exact business item where you first drafted the review and tap the button in the top right corner that looks like an Arrow coming out of a rectangle and later tap "Draft a Review" to draft your review. To bring your drafted review up, if you want to use a slightly shorter version.
Drafts for reviews created directly on the app, will show up on this screen. Several hours after its draft is created AND its been continued to be drafted (and not posted) on the PC version. This tip had never been a factor, up until the iPhone app's update a month ago, in August 2011.
Bookmark all businesses you'd like to review, until each review/tip is posted.

WARNINGS
Quick tips will never be saved as a draft. Therefore, you'll never find any quick tips in the drafted lists.
