CUT A PIECE OF THE CARDBOARD OUT TO THE MEASUREMENTS OF YOUR IPHONE. Or you can trace your iPhone on the cardboard with a pencil or pen.

PUT YOUR IPHONE ON THE CARDBOARD AND MAKE SURE IT FITS PERFECTLY. If it is too big, cut it down and if it is too small, trace your iPhone on the cardboard again.

Make the case just a little bit bigger than your iPhone so the duct tape doesn't make the case too small for your iPhone.
