How to Enable Your Personal Hotspot As a Wi Fi Network on Your Verizon iPhone

OPEN "SETTINGS" ON YOUR IPHONE BY CLICKING ON THE SETTINGS ICON.

SCROLL DOWN AND CLICK ON "PERSONAL HOTSPOT". Click on the on/off toggle bar to turn the function on. If Personal Hotspot is off, you will only be able to connect other devices using Bluetooth and USB connections.

CHOOSE "TURN ON WI-FI". Your iPhone is now running a Wi-Fi network.
TIPS
Be sure not to share wi-fi when you do not need to. It will wear down your battery life.
This only works with a Verizon based iPhone, not an AT&T based iPhone.
